“Art does not exist only to entertain, but also to challenge one to think, to provoke, even to disturb, in a constant search for truth.” —Barbara Streisand
How many of us are crazy busy, getting things ready for family visits, gift giving, decorations, cooking, and prepping for our vacations during winter break? It’s that time of year, and I can relate to this, as many of us are in similar places. Just last Friday was the December Art Walk, and it was plenty busy with shoppers, art fans, & the community out buying local. It definitely put me in a mind of holiday cheer, to see those supporting our local artists.
Speaking of holiday cheer and shopping… if you’re still looking to buy local, you can take a peek at my new & improved Etsy Shop (and come into my shared studio – Imagine It Now. Details are below.), for art prints, cards, & glowing earrings: https://www.etsy.com/shop/RachelsWhimsicalArts
